About Sara
I am a longtime Brooklynite with over a decade of experience at One Medical, where I provide comprehensive primary care to adults. I chose this field because it affords me the extraordinary privilege of building meaningful relationships with people to help them stay healthy. I have particular expertise in women's health and menopause care, mental health, and supporting patients through common challenges such as managing weight, cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure. I enjoy working with people in mid-life as they navigate changes in their health or strive to maintain wellness. I also have a strong focus on LGBTQ health. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and rooted in respect. I’m adept at helping patients build motivation to make lifestyle changes, and I pride myself on being an attentive, non-judgmental listener.
How I stay healthy and happy
I love to read and do random craft projects. I have two school aged kids who keep me very entertained. And I love to travel to national parks.
