To keep in shape I’d say I’m a runner by trade, but not competitive. I love hiking and taking advantage of all of the amazing trails around us. I earned my medical degree at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. I completed a residency in family and community medicine at Penn State Hershey Medical Center and also completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship through Wellspan Health York Hospital. I am board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
