I have expertise in sexual and reproductive health. I provide evidence based menopause care, including prescribing menopause hormone therapy, as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner.

How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy running, yoga and spending time with my family. Hiking and going to our beautiful California beaches also makes me happy!
