I love being a pediatrician for many reasons but mostly because I get to help parents navigate the exceedingly complex parenting journey while offering my perspective as both a parent and pediatrician. Also, it's always about the kids who keep me on my toes and always make me smile! I strive to connect with both my patients and their parents on a personal level to create an open dialogue that addresses their concerns while educating them about achieving optimal health and well-being.

My specific areas of interest include lactation, nutrition and integrative medicine alongside a traditional evidence-based approach.

In my free time, I'm busy with my husband and three kids trying to enjoy life and make the most of it! To keep myself healthy I stay active with barre, running, cycling and exploring healthy new recipes to cook at home.
